C.​Legal Support in case of Investor Funding

We provide legal support to start-ups during their different rounds of financing from Angel Investors, Private Equity Funds, VCs and assist them in :

❖ Assist in structuring of the transaction and negotiations with the Investor,
❖ documentation including drafting of Term Sheet, MoU, Shareholders Agreement and other transaction related documents,
❖ Assistance in closure by taking care of the requisite compliances under Companies Act, Foreign Exchange Regulations and other sector specific compliances.
